Hi Jay, You may create a group for these contacts. Start by searching for the contacts Filter|Selection and click Add Add a name for the group by changing "Replace this name" to eg "Police week" Add the dates and mark date filter and click update Now you will have a group named Group Name 001 Police week
If you have been active during other search for the other dates by Filter|Selection fill in the dates and marke date filter and click update and OK Now you will have all the QSO:s from an earlier Police week selected Go in under QSO|Multiple QSOs operation|Set Group number and change the zero to one. press ok Do so for all the Police weeks you have attended. You may now select the group by go to Filter|Selection mark 001 Police week select group filter and click Update and OK.
