This was a HUGE release and a HUGE amount of work. I added over 1800
Islands on the Air (IOTA) operations to the database, mostly covering
the years 1997-2009. This time, I tried to focus on IOTA that were
more needed or more active. I have a spreadsheet for all this stuff,
and I "promote" IOTA operations to the callsign database when I can,
usually a little bit at a time. The worksheet decreased in size from
12800 lines to 9300 lines -- there is still a lot of work to be done!

These entries were created from information in DX spots, which can be
unreliable. If you are an IOTA chaser/enthusiast, I would really
appreciate it if you could check your log against the database. You
may follow the instructions here:

    https://ad1c.us/dx4win/appnotes/iota.html#Check

If there are discrepancies/mismatches, please let me know so I can
either correct them or do more research. I did run the check on my
own log (almost 250K QSOs dating back to late 1974), and it found ONE
error.

A special thank you to Vic, R6AF, who has regularly reported errors or
new information to me.
