Hello Rick,

There are a few ways to do this:
1. If the program is running, right click on its icon and select "Pin to 
Taskbar".
2. Navigate to the folder there you have the program (C:\dx4w903 is the 
default); right click on the dx4win.exe icon and select "create shortcut".
