[DXBase] Will DX_Base do this??

Hi, Seems like DX_Base will do just abt anything I need but wonder if
it'll do this.

I QSL 100% direct, kinda expensive but it's my preference.

I'd like to be able to check QSL's sent but not yet rec'd confirmation.
Is there an easy way to do this? Hate scrolling thru the entire logbook
to do this.
