I submit quite frequently. Here's what I do. With each qsl I get, I mark it as confirmed and in one of the "SPECIAL-1" FIELDS I put a simple reminder such as 'submitted 1-10'.
Then when I decide I have enough cards I use the Awards function to select all the cards with the 'submitted 1-10' info in the field. I also say no to the Save as Credited message. For the simple reason that maybe a card will be rejected as not having documentation received or whatever. I don't want it marked as credited till it is credited. When I get the cards back from ARRL I just take them and remove any from the list that where NOT CREDITED by removing the submitted 1-10 and run the awards selection thing again and this time I DO ACCEPT the automatic crediting. I then delete any info in those SPECIAL fields and start a new bunch. May seem a bit long way around, but this assures a easy way to make sure that I don't credit something not valid, or not credit something the ARRL did give me credit for. Hope this helps. ------------------------------------------------------------ Friendly fire ain't. ------------------------------------------------------------ Bill H. in Chicagoland [EMAIL PROTECTED] ----- Original Message ----- From: "Raymond W.
