I am unsure what has happened to my Previous Qso Toolbar.
x This window pops up first (after the opening screen of DXBase / the space
picture) which it formerly did not.
x This window is always in the foreground covering everything else,
which it formerly did not.
X This window has only the destroy button ( x in the upper right corner),
no minimize button (the dash in the upper right corner). The Help file says,
the x button "will cause it to automatically expand in size", but in my case
the x button destroys the window and I have to open it with View/Previous
Qso Toolbar.
I can make it as large or as small as I want or navigate it over the sreen,
but I dont like the above mentioned points.
What can be done to make it a real WINDOWS window with three buttons in the
upper right corner?
