Jack, There isn't enough info here to tell you much. Specific's are required. But I can tell you that we have no outstanding issues of any kind with regard to the accuracy of the statistics and award info that DXbase presents. It's solid and accurate. If you aren't seeing what you expect, it's because something about the QSO record you logged isn't correct or else you are not interpreting it correctly. For example CW QSOs prior to 1975 don't count for a band/mode award therefore you won't see anything in the Summary window for this QSO. But it does count for mixed and so you would see the mixed status reflected in the DXbase status bar. Also, the Valid field of the QSO must be set correctly for a QSO to be counted. Normally this is automatically populated correctly by DXbase. Maybe you don't have the right band or mode entered for the QSO. We recommend you take a look at a specific QSO and you'll most likely see the reason for what you see. You didn't mention your hardware, but you also must be sure you have enough memory in your machine.
