The W5XD Multi Keyer provides a solution to this. With a single com port
connection to it you can generate CW, control your radio's frequency, and
provide the equivalent LPT output for band switching.

This works with WriteLog, but unfortunately you do not support it in
DXBase2002. Maybe its in the hopper for DXBase2003?

I ran with this in last weekend's CW contest with WriteLog, but when I tried
to access it from DXB2002 I could only do radio control and CW. To do both
I had to use one COM port for the CW and a second COM port for radio
control, but in this configuration the antenna switching in the W5XD Multi
Keyer is not supported (as far as I can tell).
