Brent, You can generate ADIF then convert that log format to Cabrillo with the log conversion program by ka5wss.
http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/ I use CT to do my contest logging. My version of CT generate cabrillo. So I don't have the problem you are having. But after the contest I use the log conversion program to generate ADIF and then import into DXBASE. I keep on database for just my contesting and one for general DXing. 73 Tom N4TL
