I get that sometimes also. But it's usually when I click too fast and actually get a double click. You might want to try SLOWING DOWN THE click rate of your mouse. It SEEMS to have helped me. Also some of the mouse programs have an option to detect 'double clicks'. Check that in your mouse properties.
