Not if you live in Arizona.  We don't change our clocks and believe it or
not, we have the same amount of daylight anyway!  (Unless you live in a
Mormon town like Colorado City, AZ, in which case you're on Utah time.  But
then you have multiple wives too, so changing the clock is the least of
your worries.)
