I absolutely agree. MMTTY has been my choice as a standalone or as the demod. in Writelog.
But you know you can already use MMTTY in DXBASE? Works well. I do it every day. Got to the Programs menu, and enter MMTTY using the Customize option. After entering, it will start MMTTY in it's own window on top of DXBase and you can copy/paste calls etc. It will even share the same comport for ptt as DXBase cw option. My choice is having MMTTY set to operate FSK using the Com-TxD(FSK) choice in the Misc. menu. After you work someone using MMTTY window, just click on any visible part of the DXB screen and MMTTY will minimize to the taskbar and is ready for the next rtty qso. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ron Luttringer" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Nick Lekic" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; "Jack" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, April 12, 2002 7:02 PM Subject: Re: [DXBase] Re: DXbase 2003 Status Information > Nick: > > Not only is MMTTY the most popular, it also the most highly rated. > > I previously requested that it be considered for inclusion. > > I only hope it will be. > > I use MMTTY with WriteLog for RTTY contesting and it is outstanding. > > Anyone else agree? > > 73, > > Ron, > K6XC > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Nick Lekic" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Jack" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Cc: <[email protected]> > Sent: Friday, April 12, 2002 9:06 PM > Subject: [DXBase] Re: DXbase 2003 Status Information > > > > Hi Jack: > > > > Thank you for informing the group about new DXB2003 release.
