Paul,

Take a look at the DXbase Wizard module.  You could filter on Band=160, and,
Prefix=K to extract only these QSOs and then print a user defined list
report that only showed these QSOs.

There is no tracking of continents.  You might be able to simulate a
continent by combining, for example, CQ zones by continent and creating a
user designed list based on this.  Really not sure.
