Dale, I'm a little unsure what you selected during the import, but here is what I think:
Running the DXB Import utility, the source database should have been yourcall.mdb located in your DXbase 2002 folder. The target should have been yourcall.mdb located in your DXbase 2003 folder. The Program path should have been the full path to your DXbase 2003 folder such as C:\program files\scientific solutions\dxb2003\ The error message you got indicates that it could not locate the program path that you had entered, therefore, it could not find the refdata.mdb in your DXbase 2003 folder.
