Ray, When you change the signature in user options, it only applies to new labels that you store. The labels that were previously saved with the old signature are not effected by the change. To change the signature that has already been saved on your labels that are pending, open the Pending Label database and there you can change what has been stored for each label.
When selecting short/long path, the short/long path that would be used must be displayed in the Summary window. If not, the sp/lp would not have any effect. The sp/lp buttons seem to work fine here.
