You are right.  With Windows2000 and DXB2003 with the telnet window open and
connected to a cluster my cpu usage runs at under 1%.  If I then send 'bye'
to drop the telnet connection the cpu usage rises to 100% and stays there
(at least for the 5 minutes I monitored it), until I close the telnet
window. CPU usage then drops back to under 1%.  It is the DXBase2003.exe
task which shows the usage.

This is quite a surprise!
