If one has a copy of the latest IOTA Directory it is easy enough to identify the new island grouping, it's generic name and lat/long attributes. It is then easy enough to add these details into the DXbase IOTA data base. If one does this as new IOTA references are issued it is simple to keep the database up to date. Of course when one upgrades to the next version of DXbase you will need to copy over your existing IOTA database if Jack/Courtney have not got their database up to speed.
