Although I've never used RAC, I have purchased both QRZ and Buckmaster.
Buck is the better of the two, by far. When you purchase the Buck CD you
get six months of online updates, and I've always found their information
to be more complete than QRZ. That said, I wish it were easier to query
their database for things like partial callsigns (let's say I want a list
of any G3's with a last name of Smith), but other than that, I have no
complaints whatsoever. If you buy it on their "auction" site you can get it
for around $30. I will re-up when mine expires next month.
