I guess I don't understand why you would not set the filters at the cluster,
then they would not be transmitted to you at all.  This would be even more
important if your cluster connection is via radio where the bandwidth is
limited.  To see how to set filters if the node you are using is an
AR-Cluster go to http://dxspots.com.
