The answer to your #1 quesiton is: Your PRINTER controls the printer margins - and you have no control over it.. the list program module knows what your printer tells it. And, therefore - what you see is what you are going to get.
I also wish it were different - but regretfully not! Just make sure that your list "is within the cross-hatched" area that you see.. On your #2 - No real way to do this automatically - you could use LAYERS - but not really that conveniently.. Normally - when you make a LIST file, you will have "one certain setup" for your fields' fonts.. Can you detail more about your #2 to give us a better idea of "when" you are changing font sizes? 73 de Joe WA6AXE > Hello, > I just about have my 1st list project the way I want it except for two > things: 1) The print area (as defined by the crosshatch) is centered > vertically but not horizontally...I have looked in the Help files with > no luck. Is that possible? I tried using the "Distance > to Top" and "Distance to Bottom" values with no luck. > Tnx. > 73 de Stokley, W3SB > _______________________________________________ > DXBase Reflector - Please visit us on the web at www.dxbase.com > - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - > To UNSUBSCRIBE please visit: > http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase
