Joe, Tnx for the input. #1 - OK on the printer...now that I know, I can deal with it (kinda dumb isn't it?).
#2 - For example the default for my reports is Arial 12 pt and I get about 25 lines per page in landscape format. I want to increase the number of lines to 40 or so by going to Arial 8 pt. I tried to "grab the horizontal line" (as in Word tables) to change the vertical spacing but that doesn't work (I think that's what you were saying). And if I change the font from 12 pt to 8 pt the vertical line spacing stays the same (i.e., 12 pt). Is this clearer? Stokley
