According to the "NON DXBase" import program, it CAN import Log Windows ver 3 log files. After you have selected "Source Data Type" as "Log Windows v3" then you browse for the file, you need to select "LOGWIN-3" as the file type, rather that "ADIF". Although I have never done this, I think this should take care of your problem.
