Upgrading to 2003 is well worth the money.
It correctly decodes a KG4XX to Guantanamo and a KG4YYY to the 4th call
area.
(I assume you know that a KG4 that is a 2X2 is assigned to Gitmo while a 2X3
is assigned to 4th area USA) Actually I don't think you can consider the KG4
situation a bug as in 1999, I don't think the FCC where issuing KG4YYY to
stateside as yet.

I've used 2003 to import .adi files from Writelog and other programs sent to
me by stations I manage qsls for. Are you sure the TR .adi file correctly
shows the proper STATE syntax?

DXB has the cleanest interface of the majors. I've owned/used/examined most
of them.

Adding Ducie and other New Countries is quite easy, even an old blind wino
like me can do it. AND NONE OF THE MAJORS do labels and reports as easily
and completely as DXB.
