Take a look in the DXbase help file by locating the section on the left of
the help file screen called QSO Field Order. There you will see several
topics that describe the process. Essentially, you define your desired
field order by running that utility from the DXbase program group. Then,
when you next start DXbase, you can select the field order configuration
file that you create.

The version number 1.01 will not be visible in the main DXbase program. You
will only see this when you select the about box from within the Non DXB
Import utility program. Since there have not been any patches for the main
DXbase program, its version number in the main DXbase about box remains as
1.00

Hope this helps,
Courtney
