Here is the procedure that I extracted from that message and saved in my personal DXBase Tips File (sorry, I no longer know who to credit for this fix): Go to Tools, Database Access, Manager and click on the Mapping tab. In the DXCall column, right click and select Find. Enter the DX station's Call. Right Click on the incorrect manager row and select Delete Record. If the correct manager's call is present, make sure the Route number is '1'. If not, click on the Route number and change it. Remember after changing the number to click on another row to save your change. If there are multiple routes for a DX station, adjust those route numbers also. 73, Walt, AJ6T
