First let's determine if you have internet access to any cluster via telnet:

At the lower left hand corner click Start, then Run.  This will open a Run
box.  In that type C\command

Now you will have a DOS box with a  C:\> prompt.  Type telnet dxspots.com
and hit the enter key.

This should open a Telnet window saying you are connected to N5IN at
204.21.76.52.

Did you get this far?  If you did, then we can take the next step, but let's
see if you get this far first.
