Steve, Only suggestion is the age old process of elimination when it comes to serial port devices. Don't assume anything, check it to be sure:
1. Serial cable connected to right ports and inner leads not damaged. 2. DXbase user options set correctly. HF radio and Log options. 3. No other device assigned to same comport and/or IRQ. 4. Correct baud rate settings between DXbase and your in your radio. Most likely its one of the above. Hope this helps, Courtney ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stephen Silberman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "DXBASE" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, November 07, 2002 9:44 PM Subject: [DXBase] Frequency stopped populating the log. I recently installed DXbase 2003 on a new computer with Windows XP. I imported my log files and everything seemed to be working just fine. Tonight I got on and had a QSO when I entered the call sign and tabbed the frequency didn't show up. So far I can't figure out why. I went into options and it says to populate from the radio. My radio is an ICOM 756 pro. I never had this problem before so I'm quite puzzled. Any ideas?
