Maybe you should switch the Summary Window category to VHF grids using the
dropdown arrow in the summary window.

Subject: [DXBase] summary window

I notice that when I put in the Locator info, the distance is not calculated
or optimised.
I was working a F4 on VHF over a distance of 522 km today and when I logged
the locator, the distance still showed the average info on the country with
(I think) Paris as reference.

Most logging programs update calculations immedialtly when entering locator
for beam headings and/or distances.
Does Dxbase does this, I hope it does, this is a must for VHF reference and
usage.

If yes, what am I overlooking here ?

Thanks

Phil ON4VP
