I verified that the same problem occurs here. If I just start GoWin and enter XT2DX I get the information, including the current manager G3SXW. If I do the same from DXBase2003 DX Info window it just says "via" and no G3SXW.
I am using GoWin 1.03, and data issue 271 Nov12, 2002. There should be a new issue in a day or two, Ill recheck it then. I had noticed before that for some calls I was getting just "via" but I didn't try to check them directly not using DXB...so thanks to Steve for doing a more thorough check.
