This may seem to basic for some BUT. did you UNZIP your DXBase 2002 file before you tried to IMPORT. You will have to use WINZIP to UNZIP the file that you saved then use the DXBase 2003 to IMPORT the N0EA.MDB file (assuming you named your database file with your callsign). Hope this helps.
