Yes you can do that. Use the Selection Wizard, its under Tools. On that page select QSO Filters, then check QSL Sent > and put in the lower limit of the date, in your case 14 months before today. Then also check Not Confirmed. and run the Wizard.
With the output of the Wizard you just generated (you had to uncheck Test Only and select an output type (report would be a good start so you can review the results in report format, and also you had better uncheck 'exclude QSL VIA = None' (since you might have QSL Via set as None for some QSL's that you sent)), then run it and do the report. A good choice of report would be Output/User Designed Lists/Sort Order by Prefix/and select for the report Log inDXBase Screen format.txt. When running the report always do Preview rather than directly to the printer, for 2 reasons) 1--the Print directly to printer does not work with 3 different HP laser printers I have tested and 2) You want to look at it before you print it anyway. After looking at it on the screen, you can print it, in which case it will print correctly.
