Thanks for the info.

Currently I have it set on 756PRO VFO A ONLY.

Yesterday I worked a DX station working split before he had been spotted. When 
I manually entered
his call sign and hit enter, DXbase correctly entered everything and in the 
Frequency box it put
my transmit frequency from VFO B and not the receive frequency of the DX 
station from VFO A.

I was surprised because I had set the HF radio to ICOM 756PRO VFO A ONLY. Thus 
I thought I would
only get VFO A ONLY Frequency info. No problem, just surprised.

Can you explain the difference between 756PRO and 756PRO VFO A ONLY.
