To my knowledge, this is generated from the help-file, but has been paginated, and there is a TOC (Table Of Contents) and INDEX. All is divided into smaller chapters, making is easier to print what you need, or all. There is a double set of files, .doc which is for standard Word , and .rtf if you don't have work.
