Thanks Ken.  Yes, to the casual observor, one might get that impression
sometimes from what you read here.  Naturally, we don't like it, but for
every apparent gripe, there are dozens who send us direct email with
compliments.  Sometimes its just a language issue where the person doesn't
really mean to come off as griping and whining, but their choice of words
makes it seem that way.  Most people know that we don't respond very much to
whiners anyway.  We've got far more constructive things to do, like picking
out our next bottle of vino!  Fortunately, that kind of stuff doesn't happen
very often.  If someone truly wants to help improve the DXbase product, they
send us direct email with constructive suggestions with sufficient detail to
understand what it is that they are talking about and why it's important.
If the ideas fit with the goals of the DXbase product and don't sap up the
Windows resources, they usually make there way into the product at some
point.
