Hi Andy,
I use MS Access to compact and repair my .mdb file for DXbase all
the time. The
only thing you need to remember is that DXbase is Access 97. If you use
Access 2000,
it will be okay, but do not convert the DXbase .mdb when you open it. Both
97 and 2000
will work okay for compress and repair. Also I believe that on the DXbase
website, there is
a link to a 3rd party program to do the compress. I have never used this one.
