Phil, I may have misunderstood your question before and gave you the wrong advice. If you are talking about the callsign field of the station you worked, and the full callsign as it appears in your log does not appear on the label, then it can only be two things... the field width on your label design is too small, or some field next to the callsign field is overlapping. Or, you have selected a font that doesn't support the special characters such as /.
