Ron,

Not sure what your goal was, but couple comments:
1.  QSOs must be CFM to be included.
2.  When using the Special Award module, the data in the special field is
treated just as if it was a country prefix for DXCC.  In other words, the
process looks for unique values in the special field.  In your case, sounds
like you entered the same value for each record.  Just as DXbase only
selects one QSO for say YV even though you might have 100 Qs with YV, same
too for special... it only selects one for each unique value entered.

If your goal was to create a DXCC like award but only using QSOs that have a
certain value in the special field, you might try the DXCC award module and
select the special field as a filter.
