Hi Dave,

Unfortunately, when this feature was added, we worked from some info that
was provided to us by one of the folks who requested the enhancement. We
didn't investigate the rules ourselves and as a result, the logic does
include the WARC and VHF bands. We are looking at some ways to address this
in the next release.

Meanwhile, a workaround is to use the DXbase Wizard to extract the bands you
want included. For example, run the Wizard and use a QSO filter for band =
10, then run it again ( only the second, third, fourth, etc.. times, when
asked tell DXbase NOT to erase existing entries) with band = 20, then band =
40, etc... Then, when you run the WPX award, tell it to use Wizard records
and NOT QSO log. This sounds a lot more complicated than it actually is and
it will get you the right universe of potential Qs.

Regards,
Jack
