Carl, thanks for the info. I had previously installed RAC before I bought
DXBase 2003. I had assumed I just pointed towards that directory. Page 101,
102 of the manual shows that you don't do it that way. I followed the
instructions in the manual - created a DATA folder on E:\drive. Copied the
RAC files to it. It now works fine.

          I wonder if you set up the RAC as per the instructions on pages
101 and 102 of
the DxBase manual that's on the DxBase CD ?  I set my RAC with those
instructions
and did not need any .dll's or anything else.
