Ditto Joe's comments... using a clunky 350 mHz Dell Optiplex, 256KB ram.
I'm using the usual single NPN transistor interface, emitter to LPT pin 1,
base to pin 17 (might be 16, I'm going from memory here...) through a 1K
resistor, and collector to the "key" input on my rig, an IC-737A. I'm using
this with both DXBase and N1MM's Logger with no problems.

Hi Larry,

I have no problems here - using LPT1 for keying, Dell Dimension 4100, 933
MHz, 384MRAM, and all is well. iI just followed the installation
instructions, designated L{PT1 as the port, and clicked "Activate DXBase
Internal Keyer". Good luck.
