[DXBase] W5XD/Writelog keyer

Does the W5XD keyer work with serial ports off a USB hub?  I have a
RocketPort/Comtrol unit with 4 serial ports and a Belkin with one serial
port (plus a parallel and 3 more USBs).  Thanks.
