I'm still seeing the problem in DxBase 2004 with the HF Numeric Statistics
that was previously reported in DxBase 2003. I hoped that bug would be
fixed in 2004.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about here's an example of what I
mean -
Open the window for HF Numeric Statistics under Output and select
Countries
Select a query such as All, Mixed, Worked/Not Confirmed and hit Compute
List
The sub-windows on the right update accordingly
Hit Print List and the correct data list is displayed
Close the Print List results window and select a different query such
as 160, Mixed, Worked/Not Confirmed
Hit the Compute List button and again the results on the right update
correctly
Now hit Print List again
The results of the previously computed query are displayed rather than
the current data
Close the Print List results window and hit Print List again without
changing any of the query choices
This time the correct results are displayed
I seem to recall some folks saying that this was a Windows problem rather
than with DxBase but my memory tells me I saw it with DxBase 2003 and
Windows 98 and it still existed in DxBase 2003 when I switched over to
Windows XP so I concluded it was a DxBase issue rather than a problem with
Windows.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me?
