Boy, I'm not sure what's happening here. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\etc you should have a Hosts Hosts.dxb24.bak or something similar. Remember that Hosts does NOT have an extension.
Can you open any OTHER cluster that you select from the user Options. Does the cluster you wish to open require a port other than the standard 23 Using the File/Modify Hosts does it follow this format?
