I am not serious about contesting.  I occasionally operate FD and that's
all I ever submit for.

If the contest mode isn't going to function reliably, then why put it in?

But then, is he worried about dupes?  Hell, he can just let the real
contester on the other end worry about it.

Oh, I dunno.... In my youth, I worked in my dad's automotive machine shop.
There was a rich Chinese farmer who would bring in oily, cruddy tractor
engine parts, in the trunk of his Caddy.
