My guess is that when you attempted to delete the labels using output/empty labels that you did not select the Groups = 'number' in the window that popped up. You have to select either QSO labels or Address labels to delete, and then you must have the correct group number entered (which defaults to 0). Go to tools/database access//labels/QSO labels you can see what labels you have to delete and also their group number(s). Ron, N5IN
