Bill, Fields in the ADIF record are only exported if there is something in that field in your log. The QSL sent data is exported as in the example of an exported record from our log:
<CALL:5>1A0KM <QSO_DATE:8>19841208 <TIME_ON:4>0342 <RST_SENT:2>59 <RST_RCVD:2>59 <QSL_VIA:6>Bureau <ITUZ:2>28 <OPERATOR:5>AA4LU <PFX:3>1A0 <QSL_RCVD:1>Y <DXBQSL_RCVD:1>1 <BAND:3>80M <CQZ:2>15 <MODE:3>LSB <QSL_SENT:1>Y <DXBQSL_SENT:1>1 <QSLSDATE:8>19921225 <DXBPFX:2>1A <DXBMGRN:1>1 <DXBAWD:1>0 <DXBSEL:1>0 <DXBVAL:1>3 <EOR> The ARRL country number you mention is not in the record because there is no such field in the log. The team of companies that developed the ADIF specification asked for organizations to maintain the list and keep it current but did not receive any commitment. Therefore, although the field is allowed, it was not widely used since no one stepped up to the plate to maintain the list in a "real-time" manner. For example, when a new country comes along it would be quite a long time before a number is assigned to the new country. This causes a problem for those trying to export the field when no assignment had been made. Thus, the field is not used by us at present and many others also elected to exclude it. Hope this helps, Courtney ----- Original Message ----- From: "William H. Even when I set no filters in the Selection Wizard, I am getting all of the QSOs (84k) but only some of the DXbase fields included. In particular the exported ADIF file is missing the DXCC country ID and date QSL sent data for each record. How do I add these items to the ADIF export? 73, Bill NT1Y _______________________________________________ DXBase Reflector - Please visit us on the web at www.dxbase.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - To UNSUBSCRIBE please visit: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase
