I would suggest selling a yearly subscription-based renewal, during which time you don't pay for incremental upgrades. Then once the new release comes out you pay a modest fee for the program update and optionally another year of free downloadable updates. I would *happily* pay more than I pay now for that service, but in reality, most generalized PC software doesn't charge for the usual incremental upgrades that show up weekly or monthly. They just charge when they go up a number (3.4 to 3.5 free, but 3.5 to 4.0 is charged). I guess with such a specialized product and limited consumer base that model wouldn't play out here. At least I hope they consider releasing patches and bugfixes and incremental updates somehow. I don't like the once-a-year model that exists now. 73 de Peter (W2IRT) [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please visit http://www.nyctrackbook.com for details of my book Tracks of the NYC Subway
