[DXBase] Internet cluster reconnection

Hello　Guys

We must connect  once again when we disconnect to the Internet cluster on 
DXbase.
Oter client software is being installed the function of automatic 
reconnection with connection script.
That such a function is installed to the target in the future is hoped.
