I did setup IC746 in the following,
MENU > SET > 27(CI-V Baud Rate Auto)
> 28(Address 56h=default)
> 29(Transceive ON)
> 30(CI-V 731 Mode OFF)
Dxbase2004 in the following
9600, n, 8, 1
DTR and RTS on the check mark
Address=0x56 in the radios.ini
work fine now
