Hi Folks, Well, the response to the DXbase 2005 upgrade has been great. Thanks for your support and glad to hear from so many that they like what we've done.
As of this moment, all orders received have been processed and either mailed, or for those who used the web download, registrations have been returned by email. We've noticed that some ISPs have implemented SPAM blocking which requires that you place the email address of anyone who you want to receive email from into a authorized list. If someone sends email to you and their email address is not in your "valid" list, then the email is considered SPAM. If you have this service, please be sure to add our email address to your list. Also, remember to add the email address of the DXbase Reflector to prevent bounces. We have also seen a few cases where an ISP is deliberately blocking any emails that contain a .zip attachment. If your ISP does not allow .zip attachments, we won't be able to email you the registration file. Thanks, Jack
